About Dr. Richard Arning
Dr Arning is an international executive with over 25 years of experience in the field of unmanned systems. He heads the Intelligent Munitions division at the German-French Institute for Defence Research ISL. His experience from previous positions at Airbus, SES Satellites and his own start-ups includes innovation management, system engineering, military certification, business development, investment and asset management.
