About Dr. Nils Grupe
Dr Nils Grupe completed his master's degree in electrical engineering (specialising in communications engineering) at the TU Braunschweig in 2014 and successfully completed his doctorate there in 2023 in the field of radio channel prediction for dynamic radio networks (car-to-car communication). The focus of his work was on the development of highly optimised simulations with which the exchange of messages between vehicles could be evaluated in complex, realistic scenarios. Mr Grupe has relevant experience in the field of radio network planning for cellular networks (LTE, 5G). For the past 2 years, he has been developing and evaluating innovative radio solutions for future markets in his role as Vertical Innovation Manager at HMF Smart Solutions GmbH in the Hanover area.
