Early build-up period

Advanced build-up for PMRExpo is possible from the 21 and 22 November 2024 for a fee.

Following the opening times for the early build-up period:

The costs for the early build-up are amounting to Euro 980.00 (plus VAT) per day, per exhibitor and hall level. This fee will be charged from the day your early build-up begins and will be calculated until 22 November 2024. Please use the following form to order the early build-up.

The invoice for the advance set-up will be charged to the exhibitor after the trade fair. Invoicing to a third-party company is possible.

The booking of an eSlot (time slot) is mandatory for access to the exhibition grounds. The booking in the eSlot portal will be activated for you.
