About Martin Karkour
Martin Karkour has been Chief Revenue Officer at Quantum Systems since February 2025. He contributes to Quantum Systems' continued growth by developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to maximise customer value, nurture long-term relationships and tailor solutions to our customers' needs. His focus is on achieving measurable business results through customer-centric strategies and value leadership. Martin has many years of experience and a proven track record in strategy, technology and digital consulting. He previously held various management positions at Capgemini and Capgemini Invent, most recently as Head of Aerospace and Defence at Capgemini Deutschland GmbH and Head of Defence and Security at Capgemini Invent, the Capgemini Group's strategy and top management consulting arm. Martin began his career in 2000 with the German Armed Forces, where he served as a career officer and staff officer in Germany, on two deployments in the United States and on several deployments in Afghanistan until the end of 2014. He holds a degree in business administration, an Executive MBA and a degree in human sciences.
