- Construction must be completed by 08:00 p.m. on Monday, 23 November 2026. The aisles must be completely cleared by this time.
- The time for stand assembly may only be extended after an written application has been submitted to Koelnmesse and the extension is approved. Such extensions are subject to a fee.
- The stand may not be partially or completely cleared, nor may exhibits be packed away, before 3:30 p.m. on 26 November 2026. In the event of any infringement, Koelnmesse GmbH reserves the right to impose a contractual penalty of up to Euro 5,000.00 and/or refuse the exhibitor permission to participate in the next event.
- Dismantling must be completed by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, 27 November 2026. The aisles must be completely cleared by this time.
Early build-up for PMRExpo is available for a fee on 19 and 20 November 2026.

Costs for early build-up
The costs for the early build-up are amounting to Euro 1,500.00 (plus VAT) per day and per exhibitor. This fee will be charged from the day your early build-up begins and will be calculated until 20 November 2026. Please use the following form to order the early build-up.
The invoice for the advance set-up will be charged to the exhibitor after the trade fair. Invoicing to a third-party company is possible.

Plan your journey in advance, avoid unnecessary waiting times and ensure that setting up and dismantling go smoothly.
