I have been working in control centers for more than 16 years, primarily as an IT specialist and digitalization expert. In my current master's program at Mittweida University of Applied Sciences, I am investigating how artificial intelligence can support control centers in the future and what prerequisites are necessary for this. My primary goal is to reduce the workload of dispatchers and to meet the challenge of handling a greater workload without increasing staffing levels. The focus should always be on the dispatchers.
