When every second counts: Higher signal quality for emergency calls thanks to AI

The first part of the presentation briefly deals with the results of the survey on the use of AI in command and control centres in Germany. The survey and its results will be evaluated and the key aspects will be briefly discussed. 

The second part of the presentation will focus specifically on the possibilities offered by AI-based speech enhancement of emergency calls, explaining the technical requirements and possibilities as well as the advantages and disadvantages for dispatchers at emergency control centres.
