Prof. Dr. Bernd Sörries has headed the “Regulation and Competition” department at WIK-Consult since early 2017 and has been a director and authorized signatory since January 2019. His work focuses on frequency policy and regulation, business plan modeling, sector-specific regulation of fixed-line and mobile communications markets, and smart energy.
