Jürgen Mathies (born December 16, 1960 in Wuppertal) is a German police officer and political official. He was State Secretary in the Ministry of the Interior of North Rhine-Westphalia from 2017 to 2022. Prior to this, he was Chief of Police of Cologne from 2016 to 2017.
