Thomas Scholle is Head of Strategy and Control at the Federal Agency for Digital Radio of Security Authorities and Organisations (BDBOS) and Programme Manager for Broadband for Next Generation Digital Radio. His department's responsibilities include developing, updating and coordinating the digital radio strategy, customer support, requirements, project and programme management, and managing digital radio contract matters. Until 2021, Mr Scholle was Head of the Design and Development Department at BDBOS. Prior to 2008, he worked for more than ten years in the telecommunications industry as a systems architect for Siemens AG and Nokia Siemens Networks. He holds a degree in electrical engineering with a specialisation in communications engineering from RWTH Aachen University.
