Harald Ludwig

Harald Ludwig is the founder and CEO of Arico Technologies, a company that provides consulting, training, and project management services for the professional mobile communications industry. He has more than 25 years of experience in the professional mobile communications industry and with mission- and safety-critical systems. His expertise covers system and application design, testing and integration, writing tenders and bid evaluations, training, international standardization, interoperability and compliance testing, and control center systems. Harald is chairman of the TCCA Technical Forum and is active in global mission-critical broadband testing and certification initiatives, e.g., at the Global Certification Forum (GCF) and as a technical expert for the ETSI MCX and FRMCS plug tests. He is also active in national and international research projects, such as MCOP (Mission Critical Open Platform), MCS-TaaSting (Mission Critical Conformance Tester), the BroadWay project, 5GEARING, and LUMEIK-5G.
