Trained as a telecommunications engineer at the Politecnico di Milano. Since 1998, coordinator of the provincial radio service for South Tyrol Civil Protection. Active in the provincial radio service, among other things, for the project creation of the various radio networks of the South Tyrolean emergency services (analog radio networks, digital radio network (TETRA)). Since 2005, member of the working group of the national civil protection agency and the frequency allocation authority, which approves the allocation of frequencies for the radio networks of regional public administrations in the field of civil protection.
