Hanna Denecke

Hanna Denecke has been working as a research assistant at the Brandenburg Institute for Society and Security in Potsdam since October 2020, where she is in charge of the AIRCIS – Artificial Intelligence in Rescue Chains project. She works at the intersection of security, technology, and democracy and is interested in topics such as artificial intelligence, disinformation, and hybrid threats. Hanna Denecke completed her master's degree in security and terrorism at the University of Kent in England and previously studied international studies with a focus on the Middle East at Leiden University in the Netherlands.
